B-HAM BASICS

How to get here?

FLYING in? Please be sure to choose the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth Airport. (You’ll most likely have a connecting flight through Atlanta). They have RENTAL cars, rideshare, and public transportation AVAILABLE.

Where to stay?

Downtown Birmingham is CLOSE to the airport and a SHORT DRIVE to the event VENUE! Hotels range from $30 - $300 per night. Our favorites include ALOFT, COURTYARD MARRIOT and the DOUBLETREE. Camping is also available at OAK MTN or RED MTN State Parks or the Cherokee Campground and RV Park.

Sites to see?

This is a city rich in HISTORY with famous Civil Rights museums and historic walks you can VISIT. If the ZOO is your thing, we have that too! If you’re renting a car, venture out and hit up the HIKING trails.

For the Foodies?

You are gonna feel all kinds of Southern-blessed by the BOOMING restaurant culture in BHAM. Enjoy patio seating at The Fig Tree. Get your morning boost from our friends at BULLET COFFEE CO! Other favorites for Clayne and Kiki include OVENBIRD for traditional tapas, HIGHLANDS for a French-inspired menu, and JINSEI for fresh sushi!

Follow us on Fb & Ig for more info on how to maximize your visit!

REaching new heights

Last year we didn’t just raise funds for hardworking non-profits in the Alabama area and beyond, we raised the spirit of our communities both in-person and online. We hope to see these communities continue to flourish and look forward to hosting all who are able to attend this year’s event!

fun and games

After the success of our 1st Annual barbecue, we’ve teamed up once again with The Fig Tree restaurant to provide awesome dishes at this year’s event. The day will be filled with fun and entertainment as we will have plenty of yard games for families to enjoy, an auction, and celebrity guests (to be announced).
